No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service (digital product with immediate value delivery), we do not offer refunds on paid subscriptions.

Why No Refunds?

• Free Trial Available: Test Vellix with 5 free credits before subscribing
• Beta Trial: 10 credits available for beta users to fully evaluate
• Immediate Value: Credits are used instantly to generate tests
• Digital Product: Tests are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned"

Before You Subscribe

We strongly recommend:

• Try the free plan first (5 credits, no card required)
• Join beta program for 10 credits to test thoroughly
• Generate tests for your actual projects
• Verify Vellix meets your needs
• Contact support with any questions: support@vellix.io

Subscription Cancellation

While we don't offer refunds, you can cancel your subscription anytime:

• Go to Account Settings in app.vellix.io
• Click "Cancel Subscription"
• Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
• You keep access until period ends
• Unused credits expire at cancellation

Exceptional Cases

We may consider refunds in these rare situations:

• Technical Issues: Service completely unavailable for >72 hours
• Billing Errors: Charged incorrectly or multiple times
• Unauthorized Charges: Account compromised

Credit Expiration

• Free Plan: 5 credits, no expiration
• Beta Plan: 10 credits, no expiration
• Paid Plans: Credits reset monthly, rollover up to cap
• On Cancellation: All unused credits expire
