These Terms govern your use of Vellix (velli.io, app.vellix.io and all subdomains), operated by FuturestaQ. By using Vellix, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Vellix is an AI-powered test generation platform that creates automated tests from code, API specifications, and requirements.

2. Account Registration

To use Vellix, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain account security
• Not share account credentials

3. Acceptable Use

You May:

• Ethically, generate tests for your own projects
• Use generated tests commercially
• Share tests within your organization
• Integrate via API (paid plans)

You May Not:

• Resell or redistribute Vellix service
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Generate excessive requests (abuse)
• Use for illegal purposes
• Share account with multiple users

4. Credits and Billing

Credit System

• Each test generation costs 1 credit
• Credits reset monthly (paid plans)
• Unused credits rollover up to the cap
• Free plan: 5 one-time credits

Payment

• Paid plans billed monthly
• Prices in USD or INR based on location
• Auto-renewal can be cancelled anytime
• No refunds except as stated in Refund Policy

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of code you submit. We process it only for test generation.

Generated Tests

You own all tests generated by Vellix. Use them freely in your projects.

Our Platform

Vellix platform, algorithms, and branding belong to FuturestaQ. All rights reserved.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with notice when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vellix is provided "as-is". We are not liable for:

• Bugs in generated tests (you must review)
• Lost data or downtime
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party service issues

Maximum liability: Amount paid in last 12 months.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Generated tests are provided without warranty. You must review and test them before production use. We do not guarantee test correctness, completeness, or fitness for purpose.

9. Account Termination

By You

Cancel anytime from account settings. Data deleted within 30 days.

By Us

We may suspend/terminate accounts for:

• Terms violation
• Suspected fraud or abuse
• Extended non-payment
• Illegal activity

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes resolved in Bengaluru courts.
